The Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve has been forced to cease operations since March 2020 due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic and we are currently scheduled to re-open on October 1st 2020, once international travel restrictions are eased.

Terms & Conditions
- Gift Cards are redeemable until 31st December 2021 with a no-extension policy
- Gift Cards can be redeemed for any child, adult or family package entry to our accredited Half Day Elephant Safari Experience
- The Gift Cards can be redeemed when booking online and may be used on top of any best promotion deal at the time of booking
- If redeemed service exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance must be settled prior to the use of the service
- The Gift Card code must be used for service redemption. The Phuket Nature Reserve Elephant Habitat is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund
- Advanced booking is required and redemption is subject to program availability
- Gift Cards are transferable. The original holder should notify the new person with the Gift Card code
- The Phuket Nature Reserve Elephant Habitat has the right to reject any expired Gift Certificate and the Gift Certificates can only be used once
- The Phuket Nature Reserve Elephant Habitat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time effective immediately
